We are specifically recruiting 20 Field sales representatives each in Nakuru County, West Pokot/Trans-Nzoia County, and Kajiado/Oloitoktok regions.
Field Sales Representatives. (60 Positions)
As Ujuzikilimo representative, you will be instrumental in empowering local farmers by providing them with vital knowledge and tools for soil testing, ultimately boosting their agricultural productivity. Join us in revolutionizing farming practices and making a difference in our communities!
Reporting Lines
Thefieldsalesagent reports to the County Business Lead and is under the overall supervision of the Business Operations officer.
Your Responsibilities will include:
● Onboarding Farmers on to UjuziKilimo
● Selling Soil Testing Services to farmers.
● Representing the company in local marketing events.
● Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Salary : Commission based (up to Ksh 28,000 Monthly)
- We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum of Form Four level of education. Having studied agriculture in high school is an added advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit as the role involves moving around the entire ward conducting soil tests.
- Residency: Must reside within the targeted ward/County to ensure familiarity with the local area and community.
- Smartphone & digital Proficiency: Must have and be proficient in using a smartphone and digital tools. This is essential for data collection, communication, and using agricultural apps.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 29 years old.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective communication with farmers and building relationships within the community.
- Prior sales experience is an added advantage
